it comes to life. Being able to protect your girlfriend or wife, or
elderly family member, or children while out and about is your
responsibility. Being able to protect the ones in your life that are
weaker and technically unable to defend themselves will have to rely on

combat and the ability to think quickly for a combat situation. The
only way you can really do this active sparring and practicing combat.
One of the big problems many people face is freezing in panic when
there is violence. To overcome this you need to train in a martial arts
or self defense style that is combat focused. Styles like Jeet Kune Do
concepts, Krav Maga, Karate, Brazilian Jiujutsu and Win Chun Kung Fu
are very valid arts dedicated to useful self defense training moves.
Learn self defense training #2 - Training in different styles of self
defense and martial arts is essential for your success in battle.
Another key concept I want to teach you here is that you have to train
and you have to train regularly. It will keep you safer and will drill
into your mind a pattern of responses using violence. Learn self
defense training so you have it memorized for an actual life or death
battle when it comes down to it. Remember that protecting younger
relatives and your wife or girlfriend is your responsibility. So train
often!
Learn self defense training #3 - The most important thing more then
anything else is to actively participate and train in the martial arts
in your local area. If there is a Taekwondo school in your area join!
If there is a kickboxing club in your city, by all means join! Even if
that means you only take a few months of training based on money, any
training is better then none. So get out there and do it, and do it
often! You will get the best concepts from the best martial arts
techniques!
Learning self defense training is absolutely integral. So I highly
suggest you look into some different styles of martial arts and look
into different schools and dojos that can give you the advantage in a
combat situation. I also suggest you increase your knowledge of martial
arts and read more and train hard!
