Self defense techniques: How To Fight And Control Your Opponent With This
Technique..
The Hair Grip self defense Techniques:
A great technique for stopping your attacker. Bringing him down, under your control, is a skill necessary in ending
a violent confrontation. If you lose control of your attacker, he will continue with his plans to hurt you and cause you
pain. Within this report we will look at an extremely effective solution for taking control of your attacker, using a weak
spot every person has.
Our secret self defense techniques in this report, is hair grabbing.
Although few martial arts talk about this technique, when you are
on the street there are no rules, except for what works and gets you out of the situation safely. For this hair grabbing
technique, follow these instructions...
Step 1 - One possible entry into this technique is to palm strike your attacker in the nose, or between the eyes using an
upward motion. As your strike follows though, slide your hand upwards extending your fingers into his hair. The hair grab
can be done without the strike, but in most cases, you won't be able to easily just grab the hair in the fashion this
technique requires.
Step 2 - Once you have slid your fingers into the attackers hair,
quickly and tightly close your hand into a fist, gathering the hair as
you close your fist. If you have done it correctly, your middle finger
joints will be snug against the attackers skull. There will be no gap
in the distance between your Fist and the attackers Skull( You can
practice this grip on your own hair). Once you have one hand, get the
second hand on as quicky as possible if you are able to.
Step 3 - Once you have the hair in this position, you will have control over the attackers head, and thus his whole
body so use these self defense techniques when necessary!
On
a side note, you can apply other self defense techniques that may be
covered elsewhere, if you are able to work them in from the hair grab
position. Also, this hair grab can be very effective in and of itself
to cause pain and discomfort, but when it comes to Self Defense, there
are no half measures. Strike hard and fast!! Don't give them a moment
to think or react!
