Self Defence Course Moves That Works For
Self Defense Against Violent People
Trying To Hurt You!
In last week's issue we discussed the groin kick
tactic.
A groin kick causes so much pain to a man that he will
be nearly useless and unable to continue fighting you.
The very next move for disabling a violent attacker is
another kicking technique, that breaks your attackers
knee cap and drops him to the ground!
This is coming straight out of my self defence
course!
In most martial arts, kicks are an essential technique to
every style. However, the most effective kicking moves are
when you kick below the waist. If you try to kick someone
in the head or midsection chances are they will catch your
foot and throw you on the ground.
In today's self defence course technique we will discuss the knee break
kick.
When you are facing your attacker, snap a front kick into
the front of his knee. Envision yourself actually kicking
through his knee. The pressure of your foot smashing into
his knee cap will do one of three things:
--> You will break his knee cap
--> You will dislocate his knee cap
--> You will tear the cartilage in his knee cap
Another good method for destroying a knee cap is to use a
roundhouse kick and kick into his inner knee. The basic
principle of this technique is to hit the knee cap as hard
as you can, while trying to kick right through it.
When either one of those damages happen to your attacker he
will be in so much pain, he will drop to the ground and be
permanently disabled for life.
Remember, if you do succeed in causing an attacker damage
to his knee cap, he will usually fall to the ground in so
much pain he will give up. If this happens, run for safety
and get help!
