The proper stance to use when being attacked! When you feel the hair on the back
of your neck stand up, or you feel threatened, or get a gut instinct
that you are about to be attacked or assaulted, Listen up! You
need to learn how to fight!
Stand with your dominant leg facing
your opponent with your legs shoulder width apart and your
midsection facing your attacker. Secondly you want to have
your hands up guarding your face and body at all times. If you ever
lead with a punch, always have a hand available to guard your
face.
